how to get a paypal account from countrys paypal doesn't support

How to get paypal account for country like Ethiopia, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Ghana, Nigeria and other not supported 

Are you in a country that you can't get a master card or to get a paypal account. There is a way you can get both. 
First you are gone need the following things: a valid passport, the zip code of your location if there is no zip code for your country a postal code that you can get at your local post office,an email address.
If you have all of the above requirement. Follow the following links and do as i say ,and you will get a MasterCard with in a month.and depending on the amount of money in your MasterCard.
So here are the steps with their link
STEP 1 creating the your payoneer account
you may have noticed that now a days there are a lot of electronic bank, and each bank give a certain advantage to its clients.what we are going to do is to use this advantage to create our paypal account. This bank also give a 25$ for the user when your account has more than 100$ in it.

The above link will send you to a site of a payoneer bank . This bank will give you a MasterCard with in a month of you getting approved.this may vary based on your location. There is something you should give attention to when creating this account.when creating the account it will give two option withdraw though local bank or get a prepaid MasterCard.you should choice the get a prepaid MasterCard.   

 STEP 2 getting the paypal account
know that you have your payoneer you need to withdraw your PayPal funds to Payoneer Master Card. If you have already linked your USA payment service bank account, you can ignore it. Otherwise go to your Payoneer account. After signing in, you will find your USA payment service details in the “Receive Money > US Payment Service” tab. You will find here your Bank Routing Number, Bank Account Number and Account Type. After you find the Bank Routing Number, Bank Account Number and Account Type. Open your PayPal account. In your PayPal account, go to “Profile > Update Bank Account” and add a new bank account here. You will see an option asking to verify in (2-3) days. Here provide your Bank Routing Number, Bank Account Number and Account Type which is by default “Checking” which is provided by Payoneer.
STEP 3  Verify your USA Payment Service Details:
After adding these three details (Bank Routing Number, Bank Account Number, Account Type), PayPal will send you two test amounts to your Payoneer account. All you need is to check your PayPal account in 2-3 days, you will see two amounts appearing in your transactions in the Payoneer. Note these two amounts, open your PayPal account, and enter these two amounts as it is in your PayPal account. By doing so, you have verified your USA payment service account with PayPal.
STEP 4 Withdraw money from paypal to payoneer
This  is the last step. After you have verified your US payment service bank account with PayPal. You can now withdraw funds from PayPal to Payoneer. The money that you will withdraw to your Payoneer from PayPal, will be deposited to your Payoneer in 3-4 working days. To withdraw the money simply, go to Withdraw option in your PayPal account and select the USA payment service bank account (provided by Payoneer). And now you own a paypal account.
Note: If your PayPal and Payoneer Account linking fails, you need to check these two things. The Very first thing, you have provided USA (United States) country while creating your PayPal account (since the Virtual account provided by Payoneer is also from Bank of America). Second, make sure the name on your PayPal and payoneer account is same or not. Thats it.
